The beautiful suburb is located about 20 km north of Cape Town. Here – only about one kilometer from the beach – on a large plot stands our “4 friends apartments” vacation home with four residential units and a shared garden.
We have put a lot of effort into making every single room and the complete outdoor area unique and cozy, because we know: A real vacation feeling starts with the accommodation. With a lot of attention to detail and additional highlights, we want to give your stay something extraordinary and thus achieve that you feel completely comfortable.

Large garden, lots of freedom
Enjoy your vacation to the fullest and according to your preferences – without crowded hotels and cramped spaces. With the 4 friends apartments we want to take the “feel-good effect” to the next level, so that you can completely relax when you come “home” exhausted from your day trips.
Therefore, we have paid much attention to a spacious garden during the planning. The communal garden with pool offers space for sunbathing, barbecuing, splashing and playing.
- The fenced property with lockable driveway gate also includes parking spaces – right by the garden. So you can park your car, camper or van calmly and safely directly in front of the house and do not have to constantly put it in and take it out.
Environmental protection & sustainability
It is important to us to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible and to conserve Africa’s water resources. That is why we paid attention to the following during the construction of the building:
- Insulation of walls, floors and windows for better thermal insulation values
- Insulation from recycled materials
- Building materials from renewable raw materials
- Low drinking water consumption due to separate service water circuit for the WC (rainwater and groundwater) and (filtered) groundwater for pool and garden irrigation
